»School Council

The school council, as the representatives of the pupils in our school, is a very important part of the school body.

In the school’s statute the school council has the right to present conclusions and opinions concerning all school matters and especially when it comes to taking care of the rights of the pupils. The school council has also the power to create events, suggest and organize activities of different kinds and make school  life more interesting and colourful.

The school consists of two presidents, a secretary, a treasurer and the class representatives from P5 to D3. They meet the first Friday of each month at lunch break.

The supervisor of the school council is Mr Lloyd, form teacher of M2 and English teacher at SIS.

Attention!
Due to the fact that Martin resigned from his position as School Council President the pupils of P5 to D3 agreed that from Tuesday, 9th March 2010 Edda Neuhaus will be the new president and Nina Altendorf the co-president. Congratulations!
