1. SIS School-Board is constituted of members who are elected during the parents’ meeting.
2. SIS School-Board consists of:
a) Headmaster,
b) Chancellor of the Academy of European Integration,
c) Teachers’ representatives,

f) German – NATO Parents’ Representatives - click here to contact,

3. SIS School-Board has an advisory function and supports the school's management
4. Meetings of SIS School-Board take place twice a semester, four times during a school year.
5. SIS School-Board sets Regulations of its activities, and the minutes of meetings are recorded.
6. Decisions of the SIS School-Board are taken under consideration in making decisions by the school’s administration.
7. SIS School-Board passes resolutions through voting.
8. The changes of members in the SIS School-Board can be made at a general parent-teacher meeting.
