MS HANNE DORNONVILLE, Danish
Primary Coordinator at SIS, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the school by working closely with the other Coordinators and the Head, attending weekly meetings and deputising when the Head is absent. Management of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) programme involves leading weekly team meetings, holding workshops for teachers, making presentations for parents, other schools, the media and being responsible for Primary school productions and events. Other duties include ordering books and equipment, updating the School Handbook, Calendar . She s also Danish mother tongue at SIS. Responsible for daily lessons in Danish. The students come from P1 to M5. The students are educated as individual as possible on the grounds to their level. Previously worked in school in Denmark as teacher in Danish.

Ms Kerstin Walter, German
Middle-School Coordinator, CIE exam officer and German Mother Tongue teacher at SIS.
She is responsible for the coordination of the subject programmes in the Middle Years and ensuring that they are effectively connected with Primary and Diploma programmes so that pupils can develop their knowledge and their skills appropriately to their needs and will be well prepared for IGCSE exams as well as for the following Diploma programme. In order to keep exam standards she works on modifications of the Middle School programme, if necessary, and is in constant contact with teachers, coordinators of Primary and Diploma and the management.
As CIE exam officer she is in charge of the administrational preparation and implementation of the yearly IGCSE examinations which take place in M4 and D1.
Furthermore she is responsible for the different events and  activities taking place in the Middle Years, such as assemblies, the school council, the Integration Camp or Christmas production and she coordinates school trips connected with the subject programmes.
She deals with the daily running of the school, has oversight for ordering books and equipment, represents the school in public and works actively to promote the school.
She teaches German Mother Tongue at all educational levels and prepares pupils for exams ensuring that German pupils can reintegrate properly into the German school system.
In the years 2004-2008 she was also the SIS-coordinator of the Socrates-Comenius school project I.D.E.A. Besides she is an experienced teacher of German Foreign Language and worked for different institutions in Germany and Poland.

Ms Diane Howlett, Canada
Diploma Coordinator at SIS, responsible for day-to-day running of the school, coordinating the Diploma programmes, organising and ensuring the smooth running of CIE and IBO examinations, deputising when Head is absent, attending Coordinators’ meetings with Head and leading weekly team meetings, oversight for ordering books and equipment, update of School Handbook and the Calendar, speaking at presentations eg. for parents, television. She is also a Head of Humanities at the Middle and Diploma level. She teaches History and Geography in the middle school; History, Psychology and Theory of Knowledge at the Diploma level. Her responsibilities also include the development of programmes, ordering books and equipment. She is responsible for supervising Extended Essays, preparing exams, taking part in conferences and is a member of SIS Board. She is also the Model United Nations Coordinator. She has experience working in schools in Canada, the Czech Republic and Poland.

 

Ms Agnieszka Kublicka-Kowalewska, Polish
I have been involved in teaching international groups of young children for 7 years. Now I am a form teacher of P2. My duties include the implementation of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) which includes Science, History, Geography, Art and Personal, Health and Social educational goals. Also comprehensive English and Maths linking to IPC.

Devoted Primary Teacher, At present Form Teacher of P4 responsible for carrying English, Maths curriculum and linking it to IPC. Deeply and actively involved in the implementation of the (IPC) International Primary Curriculum in SIS, which includes: Science, History, Geography, Biology, Art and personal and social educational goals. Other duties involve making presentations for parents, attending weekly team and staff meetings etc. University graduate educated in Poland and Britain. In the past worked for many years in teaching and management departments.

Previously worked as a choir instructor and singer in Szczecin University Choir and a Music and English teacher in other Polish state and private schools in Szczecin.
